What kind of businesses is this for?

Any small business or solo professional drowning in admin. We work with consultancies, agencies, accountants, trades, clinics, studios — anyone with a busy inbox and not enough hours in the day.

What does the free trial include?

You get 30 days with full access to Nova and Hermes. We ask for a card upfront to prevent abuse, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before that.

Do I need to change my email or calendar provider?

No. DigitAIse connects to whatever you already use — Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, iCloud. Your agents work alongside your existing setup.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted end-to-end and stored on UK servers. We never share your data with third parties and it's never used to train AI models. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Switch plans from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. No penalties.

I'm not technical. Will I be able to set it up?

Setup takes about ten minutes. You connect your email (we walk you through it), meet Nova and Hermes, and you're done. Most of our users describe themselves as "not technical" — that's who we built this for.
